WittyKiosk is a smart receptionist for business centres and other large premises. It combines a kiosk device with voice control, a touch screen, camera, speakers, ticket printing, and cloud software so visitors can get guidance without waiting for a human receptionist.
The system was designed for office centres where visitors need to find companies, ask for directions, reach tenants, or receive access instructions quickly. Visitors can use a conversational voice interface, or fall back to a touch menu when that is more convenient.
How WittyKiosk Works
The kiosk can help visitors contact the right company by full HD video call. Office representatives can answer the call and decide whether to allow or deny access to the office.
WittyKiosk can also answer practical questions about the building, including directions to toilets, lifts, parking, cafes, restaurants, and other points of interest on the premises.
For buildings with access gates, visitors can be issued QR passes. The device can also include a ticket printer so visitors receive a physical entry or exit ticket.
